Welcome to the Oxventure Review!

Site hosted by Neocities

I am probably the biggest Oxventure D&D fan in Northern Ontario, Canada - in fact, I'm fairly certain I'm the only one. Anyway, I discovered Oxventure as a fan of Outside Xbox and Outside Xtra. I've been looking for something to write about for some time, looking to try my hand at creating my own internet site, and then I decided why don't I just talk about Oxventure?

What's the point of this page?

Having started watching the Oxventure, this is totally going to be my gateway into TTRPGs: a bunch of people in their 30s getting into a hobby as something of a joke, but realizing it's a lot of fun, and you don't have to be intimidated by the people who have been playing since first edition, and it doesn't have to be serious often, if at all. It's bringing me so much joy, so I'm just going to go through every session of Oxventure that they create!

I'm also going to add that I'm very, very annoyed that I can't use frames to complete the 90s aesthetic. I'm an elder millennial who grew up using the internet on a desktop with a CRT the size of a small car, but they are obsolete and make the mobile web experience a misery. Sad.

Anyway, below you'll find my reviews once I finally start writing them. I will start with the first episode of Oxventure Dungeons and Dragons "Oxventure, the adventure begins" or as it's more popularly known, "The Spicy Rat Caper"!
